2016 Winter Cheer Skills Clinic Registration Form
Where: Crossroads North Aux. Gym
When: Tuesdays beginning on February 9th
Time: 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM for Grades K, 1, 2 and
7:30 PM to 8:30 PM for Grades 3, 4, 5

The Clinic will run on the following dates
February 9;16;23
March 1,8,15,29
April 3,12,19
