South Brunswick P.A.L Junior Hoops Program Starts: Wednesday, 1/18/2023 and ends Wednesday, 3/8/2023 (barring any gym closings due to weather, etc.) from 6:30 PM to 7:50 PM at Crossroads South Middle School Gymnasium for 8 straight weeks.
Grades: 1 to 3
Each player will receive 8 weeks skills/drills clinic + contests/game play + T-shirt & “special” basketball w/ hand print and will attend a banquet at the end of the season!

Pop Warner is introducing Junior Tiny Mites cheerleading for children who are 3 and 4 as of July 31, 2022. The season starts the first week of August and will end in mid-October.
Practices: Wednesdays, 6:00-6:45 at Rowland Park
*Children entering kindergarten in the fall have the option of also attending practice with the Tiny Mites on Tuesdays, from 6:00-6:45.
Games: Cheering with the Tiny Mites for the first half of home games is optional. The football game schedule is TBD.
All cheerleaders will receive a T-shirt and a bow. Cheerleaders should attend practice wearing athletic clothing, socks and sneakers, with hair pulled back. Jewelry should not be worn.
For cheerleaders who cheer at games:
You will receive a uniform for your child in exchange for a separate, refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you in full at the end of the season when your uniform is returned in excellent condition. You also will need to provide white sneakers, white ankle or no-show socks and black tumble shorts. For colder weather, your child will need a black fitted long sleeve shirt and black leggings.

NEW MEMBERS: original and copy of birth certificate. The original will be returned after the participants are certified by Pop Warner.
Once registered, please be sure to check your email to be notified of events such as clinics, and other important information regarding cheer.
SBPAL occasionally uses photos and videos to promote our sports and celebrate our athletes’ accomplishments. For these purposes, your child’s name, photo, and/or video footage may be posted in local news sources, and on our SBPAL website and social media pages. If you do not wish to give this permission, please e-mail your sport’s director to opt-out.

Early Registration for 12U, 10U and 8U will be $200 per player. Early Registration for 6U will be $125.
On July 1st, Registration for 12U, 10U, and 8U will be $225 per player, $150 for 6U players.
Cost for Jersey will be $63 and for a pair is $123.

Fees: Early Registration fee before May 31st is $150.
Registration Fee after May 31, 2022 is $175.
